I got so mad with this lady..her name ( Sara Gonzalez..) That I had to remove my 17.000k dollars from my savings account. She's so unprofessional . she make you feel like ur a homeless person. I only have to keep my checkings acc. Just because my wife has all her accaunts set up for direct deposits. And we are together in more than one account. I hope the main person would check this review and get this person out of there. This is the second time she gives me stinky time..!

All expenses on the account match. However, my balance never does. I check transactions for 6 to 12 months, all posted, so how are we getting different balances? I believe they are dipping into the initial starting balance and playing with numbers, causing overdraft for customers. When I ask IBC, they can't provide me with an answer. I'm closing my checking account. I've never had any problems with Chase checking. For the past 8 years, Chase and I have balanced to the penny. Beware! IBC is cheating customers!
I have a checking account with them and had some fraudulent charges and they gave me money back for them and over a month later took the back out of my checking account and I have called the fraud department several times to handle the issue but they keep closing the case after 48 hours, which is the time they tell you to give to get the fax and then say they never received the fax I have sent the same fax four different time. Will never recommend this bank to anyone
DO NOT USE THIS BANK, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I have been having problems with them. We had a decent amount of deposits that was a total sum of thousands of dollars. Ever since then, they have flagged ALMOST EVERYTHING as fraudulent. We have had to call every couple of days because they locked our cards as fraudulent. It is OUR money, why are we having to call every 2 days to explain what we are spending. Keep in mind they do NOT call, email or text to see if it’s actually us, they just lock the card. We have a freshman in college, thousands of miles a way and can’t access OUR money. You know how nerve racking that is. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! DO NOT USE THIS BANK. I only gave them 1 star because I had to to submit this review.
I've been banking, both personal and business, for more than 50 years. IBC is the worst excuse for a bank ever! Free checks never arrived, twice. My debit card pin number was changed and they can't figure out why. My replacement card never arrived. Customer service, when you can get through, is a joke. I could go on and on.
Worst Bank to deal with. I was charged two Non insufficient funds in the same month and disputed if I could get that money back for payments being charged earlier than expected and it got declined. They rather decline the dispute and lose a customer that has direct deposit of $600+ biweekly than to refund those fees and keep a customer with them.
Worst bank that I have ever dealt with. Numerous double charges on my debit card from them Incompetent customer service. Been waiting an hour and 19 minutes on hold to talk to their credit card fraud department...What kind of joke of a so called bank is this? Will be closing my account with this bank asap.
Poor customer service Holding money after its been collected Racist Tellers ...I've Been trying to deal with IBC Needed a bank that had branches in Oklahoma. Capital one is my main bank and they have no branches in Oklahoma. went to a Branch in Clairmore Oklahoma to deposit 3k cash.. The teller gave me the third degree asking where did I get the money asking my social security number all kinds of questions she had in front of her on the screen she had my I.D and as I told her I'm 65 years old do I look like a bank robber?? So I said ok I won't deposit cash I'm self employed and my customers are all in the Cannabis industry and that legal in Oklahoma then they wouldn't take the checks from those companies...ok then I will just deposit those checks into Capital one and transfer those funds to my IBC account ..they collect the money As a check cashed from Capital one the same day the hold that for three days ..So I have NEVER over drafted no had any deposit returned period..So today I called and asked why are they holding money that had been collected And the young man told me because that can and the banks makes money that way...the I asked since you're using my money to make money are they paying me interest. He said no..welp it's time to close this account these people crooks and they have rude tellers and customer service people
Well have had the account a little over a week and they are holding my money. Plus charge $2 for using an ATM that's not there's. I travel a lot and not easy to get to a bank ATM. Time to close the account already...
