I've been banking, both personal and business, for more than 50 years. IBC is the worst excuse for a bank ever! Free checks never arrived, twice. My debit card pin number was changed and they can't figure out why. My replacement card never arrived. Customer service, when you can get through, is a joke. I could go on and on.
Worst Bank to deal with. I was charged two Non insufficient funds in the same month and disputed if I could get that money back for payments being charged earlier than expected and it got declined. They rather decline the dispute and lose a customer that has direct deposit of $600+ biweekly than to refund those fees and keep a customer with them.
Worst bank that I have ever dealt with. Numerous double charges on my debit card from them Incompetent customer service. Been waiting an hour and 19 minutes on hold to talk to their credit card fraud department...What kind of joke of a so called bank is this? Will be closing my account with this bank asap.
Poor customer service Holding money after its been collected Racist Tellers ...I've Been trying to deal with IBC Needed a bank that had branches in Oklahoma. Capital one is my main bank and they have no branches in Oklahoma. went to a Branch in Clairmore Oklahoma to deposit 3k cash.. The teller gave me the third degree asking where did I get the money asking my social security number all kinds of questions she had in front of her on the screen she had my I.D and as I told her I'm 65 years old do I look like a bank robber?? So I said ok I won't deposit cash I'm self employed and my customers are all in the Cannabis industry and that legal in Oklahoma then they wouldn't take the checks from those companies...ok then I will just deposit those checks into Capital one and transfer those funds to my IBC account ..they collect the money As a check cashed from Capital one the same day the hold that for three days ..So I have NEVER over drafted no had any deposit returned period..So today I called and asked why are they holding money that had been collected And the young man told me because that can and the banks makes money that way...the I asked since you're using my money to make money are they paying me interest. He said no..welp it's time to close this account these people crooks and they have rude tellers and customer service people
Well have had the account a little over a week and they are holding my money. Plus charge $2 for using an ATM that's not there's. I travel a lot and not easy to get to a bank ATM. Time to close the account already...

Terrible staff not good team workers and the hr Is not doing a good job at keeping people and terrible team work and the place is pretty small and worst bank ever

They charged me $5 inactivity fee per month! I asked about it and it is because I had no transaction activity for three months. It drained my account down to $0. I asked them to close my account after this.
Friendly, professional people working here, very helpful, always a great experience here, I am not a big fan of banks, but IBC makes me feel right at home.

Been with this bank for over 2 years. I deposited a payroll check into my account. I wasn’t aware my funds wouldn’t be available immediately. The next day, the funds still weren’t available & my rent was due. Went to the bank & begged them to release just enough of the funds for me to pay my rent. They declined. Asked them to increase my overdraft limit. They declined again. They suggested I go get a payday loan for the time being to cover my rent expenses. It was at that moment I knew they didn’t care about their customers. I closed the account. *Houston, TX Woodridge location
Disorganized at every level. Incompetent customer service representatives. Truly maddening to work with. Couldn't find the most basic of records on a closed account was "no longer available", which is a violation of tax law. Got transferred to several different people in multiple branches, and had dropped calls that forced us to have to start the process over again. Stay away from this bank.
I am sorry about your experience. I would like to tell you a real satisfying statement IBC gives Opportunity to any driven motivated applicant. Training is a must however I pride the fact IBC opens doors for employees to change there career path and offer so much opportunity to make a true career.
