Kim H. gave me 3 different quotes, my policy was canceled by the office and I was told I canceled it. I asked to have the manager call me, Sarah the Operations Mgr. never called, she just emailed me with an apology and said Peggy would handle my situation, speak with underwriting and get back to me, that never happened.
I had to call the office to confirm the status. I was told by Peggy that everything had been cared for and my policy was good for 6months, the $259.88 initially taken out of my bank account would be refunded and no other funds were scheduled out until 11/08 in the amount of $238.93, then the 28th of each month thereafter.
I specifically asked if she was sure about that, I was
placed on hold, Peggy came back to the line and advised me for certain nothing was scheduled to come out of my account, I even asked if they could just take from the $259.88 the $238.93 so that there would be no problems with my account!!!! Peggy stated that would be complex, based on what I had already gone through, they would just put the $259 back and no addition withdrawals would take place until 11/8. This morning, $238.93 has come out of my account and I am very unhappy about that.
