What's Your Rating?
Update: I discovered an issue after writing the original review above, which caused me to downgrade my ratings slightly. The issue was that the checks that were ordered when my name was added to the account arrived with my last name misspelled on them. As I mentioned before, I'm a perfectionist so this situation bugs me more than a little bit. Also, I assume if my last name is misspelled on the checks, it is also misspelled on the account which would make it difficult if not impossible to actually use it should I ever need to. At the very least it is going to be a headache to get the situation resolved, and it makes me more than a little nervous about how the account is being handled if they don't care enough about getting the important details such as surnames as accurate as possible.
