There is No Annual Fee, No Cash Advance Fee, a very Low Interest Rate, Staff is amazing and so very helpful and a high credit limit.

I wish I could give zero stars. I worked for this company and attended many staff meetings that encouraged us to be attentive and courteous to our members. I bank at this institution as well. Obviously, the world is under attack with the coronavirus and a lot of people are finding themselves in situations that are scary and uncertain. I have several accounts and loans with this credit union and I am a hardworking, middle class, mother and wife. My family is also struggling with this pandemic and trying to stay financially afloat while providing our children the essentials. I borrowed $200 from my overdraft protection to last me until I get my last paycheck which will be directly deposited into my account in 4 days (which I have done maybe only three times in my life) and asked as an ex employee and member of the credit union to please waive the $70 fee so when my check does go into my account, it would not be $70 less. A multi-million dollar financial institution that preaches and prides themselves on being a company that helps people and builds communities could not find it possible to give a family back their $70. I really hope that money helps the credit union while my family is looking for our next dollar.

We have been banking with Liberty First for more than five years. We have never had any problems with anything associated with our accounts. We have had issues with merchants accidentally double charging us through our debit cards and Liberty resolved them faster than any bank I've ever worked with. The associates have always been helpful and friendly. We recommend it to all the people that we know. We haven'€™t ever used their application process for loans or anything, but the next time we need to get a loan, I will definitely go to Liberty before anyone else. I also love that they sponsor regular shred days for their customers. It'€™s nice to be able to get rid of sensitive material without worrying about it!
