My name is Maria Taylor and I want to write a review on our recent visit to your Mercury Boulevard Langley Credit Union branch. I accompanied my mom to get a personal loan and Mr.Arturo Henriquez helped us. He was so professional and helpful to us. I really appreciate him explaining to us the whole process of the loan. I just want to give a kudos to him . He’s definitely an asset to the company. Very nice gentleman.Again, thank you so much Mr. Arthur’s Henriquez.

I would like to thank Natasha Harrell for the exceptional customer service and helpful communication on getting my account straightened out. I have my card compromised five times since April 2025. I didn’t want another debit card tied to my checking account. Natasha recommended a credit card, which is more secure as she explained it to me. She helped me move money to my high yield to earn more interest. I was overwhelmed when I walked in but when I walked out , I felt a calmness that my anxiety was lessened by Natasha caring and professionalism. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I visited the branch on Taylor road. I spent over an hour at this location because they were super busy and I didn't know that the merger of member one had happened so quickly. I stood in line for a while and then the teller couldn't help me so she asked Rose to assist to no avail. I left out of the bank heated but I went to my car and called member one they instructed that me that I could still use this location so I went back in and was seen this time by Rose. She was friendly and helpful and I left out smiling from receiving great customer service. She also tried to get me to do all of my banking at Langley I think I will. 4/25/26-her name plate said Rose.

I went through Langley to get an auto loan, after getting an approval I was required to submit more documents. Within 2 days of trying to purchase the vehicle I had been searching to get for 3 weeks, Nia in Hampton Va and Lauren in Va Beach were of an amazing assistance to finish my approval. In fact, giving me my best options, walking out with more than I applied for and a check for my vehicle!!! Thank you so much Nia and Lauren!

It was a representative by the name of Beverly. When I say she is amazing, I mean she is outstanding. She helped me like never before. She stepped into the spotlight and assisted me when the rest of them couldn't. She's in the auto loan department, and you know, if you're having trouble and you don't know who to call, you should go to the loan department because Beverly is going to solve the issue and save the day. She succeeded where the finance department couldn't. They couldn't understand, but she understood me. Her communication and professionalism were superb. She's awesome, take notes. Langley Federal CU membership is available to employees and members of approximately 1,000 employers and associations located in the Hampton Roads region.
To become a Langley Federal CU member, all you have to do is open a savings account. Once you make the initial $5 deposit, you become a member of the credit union and have access to their many other products and services.
