Osman did a great job in helping us with our annual insurance for a new vehicle we are bringing down to Baja. He was very professional during our interactions on the phone. We now have three vehicles insured with Lewis and Lewis. A great company to deal with!

After many yrs with full yearly coverage
on my vehicle, my casa and off road toys in Mexico, I have no switched all my accounts to an other insurance company. I actually got more and better coverage for less money. There Customer service is very poor and uncaring. My husband passed away 6/10/21 of heart failure. If anyone has ever lost a spout you know you are in a state of confusion. When I call the insurance cone to change the name over to mine and get the insurance in my name. I was told to just change it and I asked for help and explained that my mind was confused with the death and I’m not sure what to do . They were no help at all and very short on patients with me and didn’t even say. “ oh I’m sorry”. I was confuse as all the other insurance company help me step by step on what I need to do or send in When I was talking to my Life insurance company I happen to say “ I’m having so much trouble with my car insurance and don’t know what to do. She asked me the problem to see if she could help me. She told me. Take title and death cerft to DMV
and they will help me and do all. . It was as plain as that. I did that and that was that. . Wouldn’t you think that Lewis and Lewis would help me a little and just say that what I need to do.After all they are an insurance company and sure this has happen before I have had Lewis and Lewis over 10 yrs for travel insurance on weekend and then 7 yrs after I moved to the Ensenada area.

Thanks Jim, it went well and fast. Now I can drive my bike, against my wife’s wishes. ? don’t worry, she doesn’t know you’re to blame. haahaha
