LOOP Car Insurance

Loop insurance is the worst insurance. The adjuster that I dealt with was so darn rude. The body shop my truck was taken to isn't even going to fix everything on the claim. Really need better insurance. Would definitely not recommend this insurance company. Horrible customer service

No chat, no phone, they don't respond to emails. They have removed the chat feature from the app and website. They have laid off a significant portion of their workforce but were able to revamp their website, so there's no way to get service, but they can give themselves a facelift—how professional. They double-charged me and overdrafted my account after I had already paid in full for six months. I have a three-month-old claim I can get nothing done on because I can't contact them. Stay away from this company.

They make a settlement offer and tell you it can be processed quickly. Once you sign the paperwork, they come up with a reason why they can't pay when they promised. The reason they gave me is that the accounting department is having issues.

I filed a claim with this company; it’s a scam. Every number you call, you don't reach human beings. They took our car and have yet to respond to calls or emails, and they haven't issued us a check yet. Do not do business with this company! My adjuster is Kathryne Malfa; she won't do her job. I have had other people and companies try to reach them, and they too receive the runaround. No one answers. Do not do business with this company. Take them to court.

I have a perfect driving record and thought I would support Texas and save a few dollars on insurance and felt great about it for a year. Then I had a simple issue with the app regarding my payment, with one app indicating "canceled" and another saying "active," and I could reach absolutely no one but an unhelpful AI bot. Thank goodness I didn't have a true emergency, but that's my sign to finish the contract and move along. Peace of mind is worth more to me than saving $12 a month.

I am so very disappointed with this insurance company. I had an accident last week and I filed the claim online as suggested. I have had several questions and have not been able to get a hold of an adjuster, nor have I been able to talk to someone live, yet they continue to take my money every month. I am guessing this company is a scam and I will probably have to take legal action against it. My car is messed up and I still have not heard from anyone. Better yet, I might get the media involved. Maybe then they'll give me a call.

When I purchased insurance from Loop, I made sure I could get the rideshare endorsement. After a year and having an accident with a driver with no insurance, I found out they never had the endorsement.

So far, Loop has been the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I have dealt with and I have dealt with several different insurance companies in my career.
Yes, they may save you money on your premiums.
However, the old adage "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" is definitely true when it comes to Loop Insurance. Their mobile application is one of the worst I have seen. There are so many glitches, errors and issues it makes it near impossible to use. But by far, they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have yet to speak to an actual person when calling the two numbers they have provided, calling them multiple times throughout the day and leaving multiple voice messages over the past 10 days. In addition, I have yet to receive a response to my multiple emails. If you have to file a claim with them, expect a CLEAR LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I have recently read other reviews where they have clearly EXHIBITED UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES which leads me to question their ability to process my vehicle claim in a professional and timely manner. And clearly, they are not off to a good start. The adjusters at even an average insurance company will at the very least communicate with you, answer your questions and give you confidence they are working diligently to process your claim. But 10 days without being able to speak to anyone, is a MAJOR RED FLAG. If you do have Loop and have filed a claim, or ever need to file a claim, CONTACT AN ATTORNEY first and foremost. If they can help you in your situation, let them.

Car was stolen and I can never get anybody on the phone to handle my claim. This company sucks do not join them you pay for what you get

Horrible at paying out on an auto accident. It's taken over 55 days to get the car paid out and they still have not released the payoff to my lienholder. Trying to get a hold of somebody and make decisions takes days if not weeks. This has been a painful process and a very costly process.
