However, the old adage "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" is definitely true when it comes to Loop Insurance. Their mobile application is one of the worst I have seen. There are so many glitches, errors and issues it makes it near impossible to use. But by far, they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have yet to speak to an actual person when calling the two numbers they have provided, calling them multiple times throughout the day and leaving multiple voice messages over the past 10 days. In addition, I have yet to receive a response to my multiple emails. If you have to file a claim with them, expect a CLEAR LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I have recently read other reviews where they have clearly EXHIBITED UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES which leads me to question their ability to process my vehicle claim in a professional and timely manner. And clearly, they are not off to a good start. The adjusters at even an average insurance company will at the very least communicate with you, answer your questions and give you confidence they are working diligently to process your claim. But 10 days without being able to speak to anyone, is a MAJOR RED FLAG. If you do have Loop and have filed a claim, or ever need to file a claim, CONTACT AN ATTORNEY first and foremost. If they can help you in your situation, let them.

You can reach the LOOP Car Insurance customer service by calling (844) 544-5667 Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Just note that LOOP agents can only help you file new claims over the phone. For anything else, you'll have to use the LOOP website or send them an email.
