It has happened twice with MFCU where I am on the auto pay for my credit card account and I make an additional voluntary payment on top of my auto payment that's drafted at the end of every month and the following month the auto pay does not go through. I was given reassurances before both occurrences that this would not happen and it happened the second time last July. I have been talking to the bank manager at the Dartmouth location of Members First credit Union and she cannot figure out why it happened for a second time. Additionally, she told me it's my responsibility to make sure that my credit card is paid every month but that is the purpose of auto pay. I'm like millions of other customers in this country that use auto pay so that I don't have to worry about making a payment. It's done automatically. I was given reassurances that an additional voluntary payment would not affect the auto pay from continuously drawing out my payment at the end of every month, but that is exactly what happened. I received late notices in the mail and I was issued a $25 late payment which I have been reimbursed for. But, the point of the matter is: why is this still happening? I think it displays the incompetence of the bank tellers not to make sure that it is entered correctly onto my account. I also believe this credit Union uses obsolete and outdated banking software as this has happened twice. I will be switching banks and I will never use Members First Credit Union again and you should do the same.
The Douglasville branch provided me with excellent customer service. My loan process was fast. Mrs. Manning was welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure I had a trouble-free auto purchasing experience.

Great card, I have had it less than a year and they have raised my limit twice. Awesome customer service, no waiting and app is easy to use and monitor
I am so grateful to have such a friendly and understanding credit union. I have hit a few hardships within this last year (COVID related mostly) and you guys have been nothing but helpful, kind and understanding. In the past, I have had my account hacked with a substantial amount taken out and it was replaced the very next morning. I once had an ATM issue close to Christmas a few years ago and everything was done to help me find my money. Also, Emily is always so nice at the branch on Wackerly. She is great with customer service and communication as well. Thank you. I will always recommend MFCU to anyone and everyone!
Very easy to get and didnt take long at all they were very helpful and I needed it to make a good christmas for the kids they were very happy and had a nice christmas because of the helpful people here

I loved this Visa card especially when I needed help with getting gas in my vehicle, being able to afford groceries, and also being able to pay a bill that I needed to pay
Rediculous. The woman named Kim at the Ann Street location is an absolute horrible person to deal with. I've been depositing money into my wife's account for over a year now with no issues and this woman gave me such a hard time about it lying to my face telling me that I have the wrong address and wrong phone number when I didn't. I went and spoke to her manager and she did nothing to fix it. This branch is a joke. Go to chase bank, way better of a bank than these guys.
