Hello my name is Alfreda Days I've been banking with Meritrust Credit Union since 2018 Meritrust made a decision to cancel my debit card services on 5/27/2022 when the pandemic hit the scammers came out in full force companies like Amazon Walmart Target Kroger's Publix Beauty supply stores any online orders dishonest employees were stealing your information and people were approaching our homes and picking up our merchandise when making contact with Meritrust disputeing these online orders Meritrust did reverse the charges then Meritrust Blame me for the scammers Meritrust said I should have did research on all these big-name company look at the reviews before making online orders Meritrust does not want to realize researching a company and looking at their reviews it's not going to allow me to do a background check on these dishonest employees and people walking by picking my merchandise

The credit union has been fairly easy to work with. They don't always call back when they say they will but they are generally responsive when I have questions. I had 3 surgeries this year and they were very helpful in keeping my account current while allowing me to pay smaller amounts during the tines I was unable to work.

Big disappointment that they can't fix their monthly statement problems! Second month in a row that statements are delayed, both online and printed. We that reconcile our statements monthly count on timely statements.

No problems in the 6 years I’ve had my loan with them. Always helpful whenever I have a question and easy payment options. They even let you skip a payment on December for holiday financial help. A+

My first experience with utilizing a Credit Union not locally but on a National based ie; in another state. I love this credit union! They approved my auto refi on line, cut my interest rate in half and then spoke with me personally. Additionally, they were professional, efficient and comforting. I was totally impressed overall. I will totally continue to utilize Meritrust for any financial requirements I seek.

I am writing this in the wild hopes that I will be able to get rid of an alert. Specifically, an alert that this account is not being monitored.

I would recommend them to anyone. They are awesome. Never had any problems. Always willing to help. If they don't have an answer to your question they will find out an answer

I will be closing my account out with this company they do not give you real time on when payments will be posting so even though it may show available funds it’s not which can lead to overdraft fees I already paid for one and now the company is trying to make me pay two more in one week I don’t even feel like I’m winning or benefiting with this horrible bank

Good luck getting a customer service agent on the telephone. Unbelievable.
Was also charged a returned check fee because someone else wrote a bad check to me. Talk about victim blaming. My husband and I are currently on the hunt for a new bank that values it's clients.
