Explain to me how these people will get a court-ordered wage garnishment for a debt of $1,278.82, receive $880 from garnished wages plus a certified payoff of $1,278.82, then turn around, go back to court, and lie about not getting paid, and now they're asking for almost $5,000? I have the check for $1,278 that they deposited and all my garnished wages; they are technically overpaid by $800. I want my money back and a judgment for me that they can never come at me again, with acknowledgment from them that they lied and are trying to slander my employment fraudulently.

I recently received papers about a judgment against me in Pa. The debt is from before 2018! I am disabled and on a fixed income!! The court papers wanted my vehicle information and my bank information… I need my vehicle to go to my doctor appointments!! Everything I own in my house was purchased at yard sales!! If they want these old box tv’s that I purchased at yard sales… have at it!! ??

They will close and open the status on your account to make you pay. Then threaten you with a lawsuits, which both are violations of every law congress made for banks and collectors. Ex:FCRA. I am going to get paid if they keep my report inaccurate and keeps hurting my way of life. Please don't let these people do unethical things to hurt you and your family.

Some of the reps are very unprofessional. However, today I reached an rep and we agreed on a settlement offer. I paid the agreed amount and midland promised to report this as paid and delete it from call 3 major credit bureaus. I'm very satisfied with the representative that assisted me in getting this paid off.
