The staff at the Rochester branch consistently demonstrates unhelpful and unfriendly behavior, particularly when I request services beyond simple withdrawals. Several staff members have mishandled my transactions and have not offered apologies for their errors. This conduct is highly unprofessional and impolite.
I hope you will address these concerns promptly or your going to loose quite a bit of business.

I lost my wallet today with my i.d.s and credit card from Northeast Credit Union. When I came home, I found that I was locked out of my online account for reasons I did not know. The code sent to me on email was invalid and stated that my account might have been disabled or the code was wrong which I copied and pasted. The only way to log in was by having the code sent to my phone, which if I had lost this, I would have been frantic. I was finally able to log in and disable my credit card.
Then I found the number to call if you have a lost or stolen card and I got the recording asking me to enter my card number.
I could not remember the full number and there was no option to enter a social security number or talk to a representative. Then the recording hung up on me.
I see this as a dangerous situation. They should give you more options to get hold of them since not everyone has a way to go online.
Secondly, some people still have a rotary phone where you can't press a number.
I think the problem of lost of stolen credit cards should be taken seriously and not be treated as a minor inconvenience.
Customers should not be forced to go online just to report their card lost or to disable their cards.
In years past, my credit card companies had an emergency number on the back of the card and also treated a lost card as an emergency and not a thing to handle during business hours or a thing that is only for people who know their card number.
I feel like keeping this card at home under lock and key.-
