Its been 4 yrs trying to close in all 3 credit , they don't considera that had a accident and had to go to the usa for treatment so I had to voluntary turn the car in, I've Ben back 2 yers and I'm impaired were I need a car to go to my doctors appointments, I would really appreciate if there is someone that can assist me with this problem, thank you

This loan was approved successfully and I use the car for a year an 2 months and it was a total lost I’ve paid the bacon the rest of the amount and my insurance company gave me my gap refund

THEY MIX CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF IDENTITY, WRONG CONTACTS PHONES NUMBER, DIDNT APPLY PAYMENTS ON TIME CREATING WRONG CHARGES OF NSF AND MISSED PAYMENTS TO MY CREDIT AND MY CREDIT REPORT. The APR is to high, I will never want a Car Loan with Oriental Bank and the client Service is not the best. Use another bank for you first car loan.

In the months of February/March2021, I paid the PRINCIPAL balance of my mortgage $33,505. They decided to add $3,872.48 for interest. However, this is a Payment for the PRINCIPAL. Why are they charging interest for this payment? It’s unfair. I sent 2 emails for supervisor Norma Hernandez Ramos and for the vice president Sinesio Diaz and a bunch of calls. They didn’t respond. I had my mortgage with Scotia, no problem after 14 years of relation with them. This is an awful situation. They are stealing money. I need a refund of the $3,872.48 or add it to the PRINCIPAL balance. En febrero/2021 pagué al principal del mortgage más de 33k, ellos pusieron sin avisar ni explicar el 11.5% (3,872.48) al interés. Eso es un robo. Luego de muchos emails y llamadas no han resuelto. Es injusto.

For the last 3 months I made my payments on time and they are sending it message to the credit Agency companies to my credit report, they report me with more that 30 days late payment in my home loan, that information is wrong, is incorrect, I have all my payments on time and I have all canceled checks. December 2020, making my payment like that, January 2021 on Jan 16, February 2021 on February 12 March 2021 on March 10 I made various reports in the bank even I send it all information and copy of my checking account with the copy of the canceled check, but at this time they aren’t doing anything about that. Even this week I submitted a report to the consumer report company in USA. I hope they will fix this problem soon, and they can send true information to the credit report companies To fix my rates or credit punctuations. Sorry about my English. Spanish is my first language.

El peor servicio al cliente con el que me he topado en mi vida. No puedo ni creer que este banco exista. Jamás en mi vida he visto tanta incompetencia. He tratado que se me contesten unas preguntas. Me dejan esperando, me pasan de oficina a oficina , se caen las llamadas...Los que finalmente me contestan me dan una información incompleta . Me pasan a otra oficina y allí desmienten la información que me brindaron en la oficina anterior. Es un banco en que no se puede confiar. Me cobraron de más y cuando lo descubrí no me dieron explicación lógica. Llame para dar un pago al principal del préstamo. Lo enfaticé. Llamé otra vez para verificar sobre eso y otras cosas y me dijeron que parte del dinero que di como abono al principal lo utilizaron para pagar intereses!!! Y sin mi consentimiento!!!! Estoy loca por saldar mi préstamo de autos con ellos. Jamás haré negocio con este banco. No lo hagan ustedes.
