What an unbelievable experience with an amazing, caring employee named Juan, who was very thoughtful about my situation and gave me options, pointing me in the right direction. I prefer every employee learn customer service skills from him at Oxford on 58 and Kedzie.

I did NOT want to give this company any stars for a rating. One star is still giving the company more credit than they need. They bate and switched me, with an auto insurance quote, to get me in the door. When I arrived today, they told me that the insurance quote went up $200, but they did not inform me of this "raise in cost", knowing I was coming in today. When I arrived they quoted me $200 more. When the employee was confronted with the bate and switch, she called her superiors, and was told to raise it ANOTHER $20!!! So not only did they lie to get me in the door, raised it $200 when i arrived for the appt then, it goes up another $20 while the employee was talking to a superior!! This is ILLEGAL ON A COUPLE DIFFERENT LEVELS.
Oxford claims they made a mistake and thats why its going up. But had no excuse to why they didnt reach out regarding the change in quote.
What they did was a BATE & SWITCH. I canceled the appointment and walked right out the door. Buyer beware of this company.
