Although I am only a recent college graduate, I have banked with many financial institutions. Wells Fargo was my most recent bank. I decided to leave them because they were absolutely terrible and had bad customer service. Luckily for me, my sister told me about Westmoreland and my life immediately became easier. No more hassles of waiting for a student loan and dealing with negative customer service. Westmoreland helped me quickly and efficiently with my student loans and savings account questions. They provided me with a myriad of options in regard to my accounts, which really helped me pick what was right for me. In addition, Westmoreland took me under their wing and had excellent customer service. Their customer service representatives were friendly, prompt and answered all of my questions. I never had to spend hours on hold or even a minute. Westmoreland Credit Union really took care of me in every way that Wells Fargo did not, and for that I am eternally grateful.
