Pima Federal Credit Union

I opened my new business account in May 2023. I always go to the Pantano branch on a daily basis. Customer service is excellent. They always have a smile on no matter what the day is. I recently applied for a business credit card. Blake, the assistant manager at the Pantano branch, referred me to Dallas G., who handles the business loans, to help me with the process. The professionalism of this credit union is remarkable. Although I could've gone to any other bank, I'm glad I didn't make that mistake. Pima Federal Credit Union is highly recommended for anyone!!! I was at the credit union on Friday because I needed to get a new debit card; someone had hacked my checking account. I walked up to the counter where two tellers were standing there talking to a customer they apparently knew. The lady in the middle helped me, but she was very rude. When I told her what I needed, she asked, "What did you do with your old card?" I explained again that someone had hacked it. She didn't say anything, walked to the back, handed me a keyboard, and did not even look at me. I asked, "What do I do with this?" The girl next to her, the only one working, said, "You need to put your PIN in."

I said "Okay," but the whole time the teller that was supposed to be helping me remained silent, more interested in the conversation with the other tellers and the same customer who had been chatting and laughing for at least a half-hour, not helping anyone.

Eventually, the lady who was supposed to be helping me walked away again. I asked where she went; when she came back, she told me to wait a minute for my card. She came out and gave it to me, then said, "Try the ATM."

I did, but it didn't work. I went in and told her so, mentioning that I had called someone before coming to the credit union. They had told me I could get up to $5000 and pay it back plus a $29 service fee. I asked the teller about it, but she stayed silent. I asked, "Does that mean I can't get the money, and there is a $29 charge?" I affirmed that I understood, telling her the lady I talked to on the phone told me they would waive it, but still, she offered no response.

Suddenly, she snapped at me and said, "I'm getting your money." I am outraged that I get charged $29 for someone else using my card. It was very rude and unprofessional. Of course, she did not waive the $29 charge. I will contact the main office on Monday.

Easy to do business with. Have a great app that allows for easy monitoring and scheduling of payments. Great interest rates were also given.

I began banking with PFCU in 2013. I had just bought a car that was financed through the union. I appreciated the service there so I closed all my accounts elsewhere and began banking here. I've never had any troubles with this union. I really enjoy that they participate in shared banking with other unions in my area.

Starting here, they are on everything. Helping you out at every turn and corner. They work well with challenged credit as well, without really ripping you off, which is rare and great. But once you have everything up and running, and run into any sort of an issue, getting it resolved is a grueling process that can take hours, if not days and weeks. An incorrect mailing address took 7 business days to fix! With five of those days involving me calling in or going into a branch. If that can be fixed, they would receive 5s across the board.

I have been banking with Pima Federal Credit Union for about ten years! My parents influenced me to get an account here right when I got out of high school and I have never regretted it once! The employees are all very professional and polite. They have superior and quick service. I have never spent more than 10 minutes inside on a BUSY day! They don't like making people wait which is really nice. The drive-thru has even quicker speed. The only thing I don't like is that some transactions can't be done in the drive-thru lanes. I use Pima Federal for just a savings account but I am almost ready to get a car loan through them. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone who wants quick, professional, and friendly service!
