I've been a member of this credit union for about 15 years. My only complaint is really about the security regulations for changing my home address. In order to update the address, the bank requires a mailed in, signed document. This slows the process down when moving.
Otherwise, the service is great, and you are able to use any PNC ATM for free. I travel all over for work, and haven't had any issues with depositing or withdrawing funds.
The online banking and telephone teller are both great. Both update quickly.
I have a savings, checking, and loans through this bank. All of have been easy to use, and the customer service is friendly and helpful.
