Great for first time home buyers even with not so great credit I was able to get a hold for my family and me. I would for sure go through prime lending again for my future home.

They are customer driven having a helpful customer experienced staff. No problem at all. They helped me with to finance my home with an affordable rate.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We have been trying for four months to send in a document to update our property tax information. We were first told to upload to our account online. The online message center said to fax the document. The fax number was incorrect. Customer service told us that same fax number when we called and then said “oh yeah that fax number is wrong” and gave us a different number. We check back in a week and it was still not received and told to email it. Check back in another week and it was not received and told to mail it. Check back and it still has not been received and they did our escrow analysis and our payment went up $600 because they never received the document we’ve been sending over and over. They give me ANOTHER fax number. I call to check after I fax this and another customer service agent tells me this fax number is incorrect. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I am placed on hold for 15 minutes to which the customer service agent comes back and tells me the supervisor is unable to speak to me but either way there is nothing they can do to help me as a supervisor because this has all been miscommunication and I need to send the document again. Absolute trash customer service and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Easy to do business with. Excellent website. Great people. They truly assist you in obtaining the best rate that fits your budget.

Great loan for lower credit buyers. Prime Lending (some brokers) also provide rehab loan on top of the mortgage for repairs before moving in.

A PrimeLending loan originator convinced me by good refinance rate and good fees due to my excellent FICO score, but finally I suffered a very high rate and many junk fees in closing cost. I am 68 yrs old but too late to learn this lesson.

We can't speak highly enough about PrimeLending in Pittsburgh. We were under contract with a fixer-upper home in the Erie area when COVID hit. The local bank with which we were working came to halt, so we searched online and found PrimeLending. Jeff is terrific. He called us a "rescue-loan" and took great time and energy to not only process our loan successfully but to also explain the steps along the way. His team was efficient, professional, and kind. When we ran into a hiccup, they gave us realistic options. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend PrimeLending in Pittsburgh.

PrimeLending woodland Hills location are bunch of unprofessional people. Branch Manager didn't take any responsibility for his employee’s mistakes. I wasn't able to get my loan approval because of his senior loan officers mistake. Contacted Branch Manager, Area manager to correct their employees mistake. nobody helped. Beware people.
