I have already offered RPM three times the payment to an old Sprint account, which is initially inaccurate. Sprint recognized the error and suggested dealing directly with RPM since they have an account with them. I never received an answer to my written message, and two times, they hung up on my phone call when I offered to pay the correct amount owed, around half of the amount requested. Well, in a couple of more years and the debt will no longer be a problem...

They purchase bad/ inaccurate debts from Dish Network by the thousands without knowing the facts about the Dish Network account holder or the situation that brought this inaccurate debt into being. They do Dish Network's bidding and they should be ashamed of themselves because they know the Dish Network has become a crooked Corporation operated buy a den of thieves..

RPM Collections is very unreasonable and they do not take anything into consideration that you submit in regards to a dispute. It is terrible that they make consumers feel bad and all their interest is to get the money for the debt owed even if it is not yours.

They contact right away… over and over then when you pay the bill… it’s not immediately off your credit! If you call and call a client and they take care of the bill at least remove from their credit

This company is on my credit report even though I’ve told them multiple times I’m paying tmobile directly. I’ve been paying religiously but these dumb nuts are still on my collections .

They put a collection on my credit report after they was told to remove it they never did so now we go to court, but they only did this because I proved to them I didn't owe anything yep they are that kind of company

Vendor charged me an unauthorized charge during Covid-19 when I had limited funds. I do not appreciate that at all! Very unprofessional. I canceled my services and returned equipment.

I had a account with Sprint. It was 2 lines.. one for me and one for my fiancee. Rachelle passed away from cancer and I contacted Sprint to tell them to switch it to one line. THEY WANTED A DEATH CERTIFICATE!! No way are they getting a copy of something that personal. I told them if they gave me one line... Senior discount I would stay but they would do it they insisted I have to keep both lines or show a death certificate. I'm not paying them anything.
