Outstanding service, friendliness, and professionalism.
The bank's routing number and your account number are on the front of personal checks. Some people put their Social Security number on their checks along with their address and phone number. This is obviously dangerous. The workers act like you're pestering them when you want something done.

Cut me pretty badly. If you're not rich or perfect, don't do business with Stockman Bank. I had an account with them for almost 4 years. They accused me of kiting a check even though I was there the same day with cash. I never had any problem before. Also, their debit card gets scammed and temporarily frozen a lot. The security on their debit cards is terrible. I have other bank debit cards, and they don't have half the trouble.
I am very pleased with their services. Anytime I needed assistance, they were very helpful and kind. I also opened a business account years later after using a personal one. No issues so far.
It has now been over 10 days since her statement shows the account closed and a check was cut for the remaining funds, but she still has not received her money.
We found the bank defensive and accusatory, denying they could do things to investigate fraud against my mother's account at the same time other banks willingly pursued the same avenues Stockman's denied being able to execute.
They have told us four untruths, have not returned our call to ask where the substantial amount of my mother's money is, and why they haven't been exactly honest during this process.
Our guess is that they don't want to deal with anything that may appear as a blemish, as another of their customers made off with approximately 60k of my mother's funds.
Their misguided defensive actions, arrogance, and dishonesty are appalling and also not even seen as anything but justified and of normal business practice by those we dealt with.
Shameful.
