Unfortunately, we're stuck in this loan with them. Don't ever do it. They are claiming we missed a payment when I have shown proof that I didn't, so now I'm out 180 dollars. Don't walk, run from them.

Do not do business with these individuals; they are dishonest. They own Easy Auto and will sell you a car valued at $5,000 for $16,900, despite it having 169,000 miles on it, and then charge 100% interest. By the end, you will have paid around $28,000 or more for a vehicle that's worth almost nothing initially. Furthermore, they will incessantly harass you and ignore any court orders. Avoid purchasing from them.

Shady people. If you fall behind, they will threaten and harass you, attempting to intimidate you. They use fear tactics to coerce you into making payments, which I understand if you owe the money and can pay, you should really pay. But God help you if you fall into a financial hole and just can't come up with the money. They are very unpleasant to work with, and the interest rates are exorbitant. We were told we could refinance, but when we called to try because payments were becoming difficult, the lady informed us that they have never offered refinancing because that's how they earn a profit.

Interest rates are extremely too high !! Would never buy a car from them again. Value of car is 2,400.00 I owe 7,900,00 after two years of paying on it I had some credit problems so I didn’t have a choice at the time but I would never do it again

they tell you one thing then do somethng else and always put you off make you wait. if you need a car worked on their warranty is no good they use back alley mechanics and you cant choose who is used to fix the vehicle

I back this up. Had truck delivered because both our trucks metaphorically died at the same time. We were desperate. I was so relieved they would deliver it. Couldn’t shop around n the salesman for easy auto was very reassuring come to find it had a list of things from history wrong with it. Which we should have checked prior. We called n called finally took it in low oil pressure censor constant.. runs through oil like no other. They took it had it “checked” gave it back said low oil we had just changed oil and filter prior. Side note. Not to mention told them 2 n 3 gear has a slipping pattern. Nope it’s fine gave us 400 more miles on warranty which was almost up anyway added oil n sent it back to us. We are still dealing w this lemon. We needed this truck invested in a “good” truck because we just had a baby.. so have 3 kids now and self employed.. started a business requiring use of this truck. Oil pressure getting worse we just we just got our saw mill.. another big investment.. that will take a minute to turn profit… if it dies. Our only vehicle. So “upset”.. (“” because another word not tolerated on comments could do not be used in this comment). But Heinz is 20/20… aye. Hope this helps someone. If anything good to vent.. ohhhh oh.. so we one month not even behind. Payment made before next one so not behind at all. They SENT SOMEONE TO OUr HouSe. They will call your phone numbers listed on application if your 1 say 2 to be generous behind. I have NEVer had anything repossessed. I have NEVEr had anyone worry about my financial stability. This truck through EASY AUTo. If anything in life.. life has taught me how to cultivate my lemonade but I have NeVer before had a recipe this sweet.

Positives are the payment terms are easier, loan closing was fast, and getting the car was an overall great experience. However.... negatives are although we have 100%payment history over the last 12 months ive owned the car, the assigned contact is very difficult to deal with. Whether it being difficult times during COVID or even your deathbed, they will call and ha4rass you non stop if a day late or $1 short. Making communication difficult, we've had to choose to just avoid them and do what we can. When explaining difficulties, they ask prying and personal questions digging deeper making the embarrassment of having a hard time more difficult. The loan approvals easy and great, the relationship throughout has been a nightmare..

I've been with this company for a while and they have been okay until now. My hours have been cut at work during this Corona mess going on im working but not 40+ hours. So I called to let them know about my situation and was told to just let us know what you can do..Well it came to that point and I called to ask my account person about what to do about my payment (mind you I have been paying on time and extra since I got my car) and was told by my account person that a friend was still working at my job (who works in the plant) I work in the office. Like I was lying to her.Then I was asked if I got my stimulus money and I said yes but my check was short so I was trying to catch so I could pay everything. Then I was told to send in a copy of my check stub..WTH..No I'm not sending you my check stub when you already know we all are not working or the hours have been cut. No empathy what so ever. I will NOT recommend anyone here and will be glad when this car is paid for.. They are NOT helping NO One.
