This company placed a collection on my credit reports. I spoke with a representative and informed him that it was opened fraudulently in my name. He was not interested in discussing it, so I informed him that if the collection was not removed from all Credit Reporting Agencies by January 2, 2026, I would be filing a civil suit against them in Duval County Fourth District Court in Jacksonville FL. Today is January 2, 2026, and they must think it was only a threat because they refused to remove the fraudulent collection. I guarantee you will spend more than what you claim I owe on legal counsel. Your registered agent, CT Corporation Systems, will be served by Friday, January 9, 2026. Anyone being harassed by this company has the right to file a civil suit against them in your county. They will have to spend money to retain counsel to defend the charges you bring against them. Make them spend the money and answer for their unprofessional and unlawful business practices. No company is above the law. To have them served, you must serve their registered agent, whom I mentioned above. At that point, whatever state and county you live in, they will have to appear with counsel, which is going to cost them much more than the few hundred dollars they are attempting to collect unlawfully. Stop allowing them to break the law. Fight back and make them pay. Stay tuned for Part 2 of this review after the conclusion of the civil suit.

They are by far the worst people to try to speak with; rude and just plainly unpleasant when you get in touch and try to explain what is going on. I pray I never have to deal with them again.

Lori Lewis was unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. She yelled at me over the phone, told me to get a loan from my parents, and insisted that I pay off my $4,000 debt in full. She refused to continue my payment plan unless I agreed to an unrealistic monthly payment that would be impossible for anyone trying to make ends meet. As you can imagine, this was stressful and scary, considering I'm 24 and just starting my career. Her condescending attitude, especially as a manager, completely tarnishes the reputation of these services. Given her professional position in the company, it's extremely disturbing how she spoke to me with no regard for my financial situation.

Heather, on the other hand, was more than helpful, and they need more people like her and Cindy, who was also a great help and extremely sweet. Both of them were exceedingly helpful, listened to my concerns, and took them into consideration. I am so grateful for people like them in this company who genuinely care for their customers.

This is not my debt and the company refuses to help. It's funny how companies can organize against the public like this. Too bad the public does not come together more to organize against these kinds of companies.

Called to dispute charges. I got a run-around, and essentially, the guy gave me an email address and told me to dispute it from there. This was three weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. The charges are from Spectrum, an account I closed because I was moving out of the state. The person I spoke with even wished us luck with our move. She saw the bill was paid, and equipment was returned. This was over nine months ago, and I never received any notice or letter stating I "owed" them. All of a sudden, there's a collection company. This is some questionable conduct they exhibit. I'm so aggravated that I will hire a lawyer if I have to.

Looks like AT&T sent them to collect an $80 bill that they refuse to tell me what it's for, so I refuse to pay. These guys start sending me text messages incessantly, pointing me to their payment center, still without providing any proof of debt.

They report I owe Charter Cable for internet services after I returned the modem. Records are available to show the modem's return date, yet I kept getting charged for a service I didn't have.

Reported I owe for DirecTV but I've never had DirecTV. Is this a scam, or what? How can they report this when I've never had DirecTV? I am suing for false information and damaging my credit.

This was fraud yet they reported it before confirming if it was even mine. They are trash and should be wrecked for tgeir dumb ridiculous work

This is not my charge someone stole my identity and they are extremely rude and not willing to listen, customer service is atrocious and they speak no English want to speak to an English speaking person they obviously have none! Stop selling our info outside this country - I did not have a loan with them and they refuse to listen

Shows on my credit report and I do not have a loan with this company!! I have called to try to get it removed and no luck as of yet. I have never had At&t and never will so whatever they state is not true

Don’t even know what this scam account is. They haven’t sent no bills or calls trying to request their money. Been dealing with them

I owed money somehow to Comcast for a device I wasn't even given. Not to mention I WAS ON THE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FROM THE GOVERNMENT THAT COVERED ALL MY BILL PLUS PLUS PLUS! YET it's been nearly 3 years since then and somehow I've been put into collections! Not to mention how many times I've disputed this and shown proof, and still NOTHING. FOR F SAKE OVER 189$ I mean.. come the frak on...

They have put a collection on my report. I did not sign anything with them. Thus they broke the law. I do not own a debt I did not sign for.
Also, I did not give them a star. That was theirs.

They DO NOT OWN this debt and the original debtor has been paid in full. I’m shocked they actually broke federal laws by reporting a dent they do not own
