If something looks too good to be true, then it's most likely not.
Don't be fooled by their attractive rate for their Elite MM account. Here's my horror story:
1/15/2026 - Opened an account online.
1/16 - Their representative Lisa contacted me asking for proof of identity. I uploaded all my utility bills and ID as soon as possible.
1/17 - She replied, stating that I'm all set and she'll create the account and send the documents for me to e-sign.
1/18 to 1/20 - Silence. I emailed her asking for an update. Ignored every time, so I thought it's fine if Onpath doesn't want my money.
2/1 - Onpath deducted the initial deposit from my funding account, which set off alarm bells because they hadn't created my account yet. So, why were they withdrawing my funds?
2/2 - I called and was assigned to a new representative named Sage, who gave me the same rundown of how he'll take care of me, and the former representative made a mistake, and Onpath erred in initiating an ACH without first establishing an account. He sent me the documents to e-sign, which he confirmed receipt. He then promised to open the account as soon as possible and email me the account numbers. Silence again.
2/3 - Silence. I called, and Sage gave me the same excuses of how their system crashed and his computer caused some error and so forth, and he'll take care of me in a few minutes.
2/4 - Silence.
2/5 - I had enough of their antics and made no hesitation in expressing my frustrations at the constant lies and gross incompetence. The account was finally opened, but they only credited my deposit on 2/4. Two days of lost interest.
Long story short, save your sanity and stay far away from these individuals. It's not worth it.
