I opened my Saving Account On December 2017, today it’s March 21st and I stil haven’t received my card to make deposit and withdraw funds. The fiat card they send me to my address never arrived. I called at the end of January and let them know the card never arrived. They apologize and told me they’ll send another one right away.(it was going to take 2 more weeks to arrive. After 3 weeks(mid February I call again to inform them I haven’t received it yet.(was on the phone for more than an hour). She apologized again and told me they could send the card to the closest branch. She asked me the zip code and gave me the address for the closest bank. 3 weeks later(yesterday) I went with my ID to pick up the card and she never found it. She ask me for my personal information and told me the last card was ordered in January and they never send the one to their branch. She asked if I wanted to order a new card to be delivered to the branch but it was going to take 2 more weeks. I asked to close the account right away and ask for all my money. She told me it was going to be a $25 charge for early closing the account. I had to tell her their service sucks, their coordination too and they never send me a card in 4 months and now they expect me to pay those early closing fee. She waived the fee and I just left. This is the worst experience with any bank and I’ll never recommend it to NO ONE. EVEN MY WORST ENEMY STAY AWAY!!!

Signing up for the Regions Saving Account took some doing. The online application didn't work properly, so I needed to set up an account on my next visit to the bank. This was slightly inconvenient, as it was advertised I could sign up easily online. The account itself is easy to use, and I can deposit money quickly from my checking account into the savings. The monthly fees are comparable to other banks, so there's no objection from me there.
Regions bank is a great option when it comes to opening up a savings account. I first started a savings account with them as a teenager. My parents opened an account for me. I have been with them ever since. There is no monthly fees, which is great. I love the customer service at my branch. They greet me and my family by first name. They are always friendly and help out in any way possible. It is easy to check your balance on your phone or through their website online. It is also easy to apply for other accounts or make changes to your account. I have never had any issues with Regions. They are always available to help, I look forward to being a lifelong customer with them.

All of my savings accounts are now with Regions. I've tried several others, but there are some distinctions that make Regions best for me. First, I am able to link my account to my 72-year-old mother, making it easy to transfer money to her when needed (at no cost). The branches in both Texas and Louisiana are perfect for me as I travel between the states. More importantly, the people in Regions branches are friendly and knowledgeable. I've never felt rushed, and my local branches all know me by name. Regions feels like the hometown banks of my youth.
The only downsides: it took a little time to get signed up and they didn't provide my ATM card at the time I joined (took a week or so). I'm not sure if this is still the case, but that is one feature of Bank of America I liked.

My husband had used regions for years, with personal and business accounts. We opened a joint savings, as well as checking. The customer service is always good. Transferring between accounts was easy. Setting up the account was simple, and they had comparable rates. I have no big complaints related to our savings...We really had almost no problems with them. We moved a few years ago, and the only issue has been shutting down the savings account. This is just because I need to go in person, and we no longer live in that state. Not really a big issue, but their online capabilities could increase.

I have used Regions bank since before I graduated high school for both CDs and savings accounts. I have always appreciated the terms of the CDs, the interest rates are competitive and the varying terms are awesome. I have had to withdraw from a CD product early on more than one occasion, and the fee was appreciable but worth having access to the funds when I needed them. Their savings accounts are pretty nice too, and offer a variety of interest rates depending on the amount invested. I, being of not so wealthy stature, appreciate the account requiring no minimum balance, even though the interest rate on that account is somewhat negligible.

I was looking for a bank to get a savings account through and decided to go with Regions Bank since they offer some of the best rates in my area. My banking agent through Regions was not the most helpful but we eventually got the account that I wanted set up and running and so far it has been good. They do charge you a monthly fee on the savings account if you do not deposit a certain amount. That has been the only negative thing so far with Regions. My agent did not explain this to me and when I asked why not she told me that "I should've already known that" since it is a common feature. They could work on their customer service a bit.
