I emailed them about this because I only exceeded it twice which I have never done before and they said they couldn’t help me that it would be turned into a checking account so I guess I’m taking my business to another bank because that’s ridiculous I paid the stupid $15 fee and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time I’ve only exceeded that stupid rule twice and this is how they treat me with bad customer service
