What does invalid security code mean when I try to use my American Express Serve card?

Invalid security code means that the code you entered when trying to use your American Express Serve card doesn't match the code the bank has for your card.

The American Express security code is a 4 digit code printed on the front of your card, after the card's number.

If you continue to experience this problem, you should contact American Express at 1‑800‑954‑0559.
