Yes, the Capital One 360 Checking Account does offer checks. You can order them online or through the Capital One mobile app.

The first batch of checks is free, but there is a fee for reordering checks, which ranges from $20 to $25 depending on the quantity. Checkbooks usually arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
