Direct Express does not provide a tracking number for new cards that are mailed.
If you have waited for more than 10 business days and your card has still not arrived, we suggest you call the Direct Express Customer Support phone number (888-741-1115) to find out what the issue is.

I went through all the questions about the expedited service for the direct Express card asking about if you can get a tracking number and whether it came from UPS. But I signed up for UPS got the app anyways although I was told everywhere on the internet that there was no tracking number I ordered it on Saturday I signed up for the app for UPS yesterday and got a message early and tracking number this morning that it's coming today.

I have called several times went through the instructions just like it told me and I do not get a person to speak to I need to speak to a customer service person and I need a different phone number than the 8887411115 is there any other way I can reach them
In order to actually speak to a human being through this service, you have to report your card lost, stolen, or damaged. (Whether it is or not), otherwise, you will never be able to speak to anyone. This is a horrible situation.
