You can get your money back from unauthorized transactions at Money Lion by filing a dispute. That can be done in the iOS or Android app. Simply click on the conversation bubble in the top right corner of the screen, type "How do I file a dispute?" and follow the prompts.
Note that in order to not be liable for those transactions, you will need to report them within 60 days of your statement being sent to you.

- Log in to your MoneyLion app
- Click on the conversation bubble in the top right corner
- This will open a chatbot conversation
- Type “How do I file a dispute?” and follow the prompts
How do I do that? If y'all closed my account. The same thing happened to me and I called everyday I know y'all have that on file. Y'all are such a bull company

Moneylion does Not Give any money back that was stolen from you ... I had over $1400 stolen out of my account when MoneyLion put a hold on my account after I had a refund of over $1400 for a ring I was making payments on that I decided to not buy. MoneyLion froze my account and forced me to send pictures of every recipe for every payment I made on the ring... I did, and a few days later they unfroze my account and apologized for the inconvenience... When I looked at my account ALL my money was Gone! They claim they have no idea what I'm talking about and that after an investigation they claim nothing happened and closed the case!! Yet every time I got money direct deposit to that account after that it was stolen almost immediately!!! Please help me! I am a single father with two autistic children I have full custody of and I was just diagnosed with blood cancer and I really need my funds returned!
