There are several ways to send money to your Chime® Checking Account, including direct deposits, mobile deposits, cash deposits, bank transfers, and instant transfers.
- Direct Deposit: This is the fastest and most convenient way to add money to your Chime® Checking Account. You can set up direct deposit with your employer or other income sources.
- ACH transfers: You can link your external bank account to your Chime account and transfer money between the two. This process is usually instant, but it may take a few days depending on your bank.
- Instant Transfer: You can link your external debit card to your Chime account and transfer money instantly. However, there may be a fee for this service.
- Cash Deposit: You can deposit cash at select retail partners, such as Walgreens, 7-Eleven, and CVS. Simply go to a retail partner, provide your Chime Visa Debit card to the cashier, and hand them the cash you want to deposit.
- Mobile Deposit: You can deposit a check using the Chime app.
For more detailed instructions and additional options, you can check Chime’s website or contact its customer service by phone at (844) 244-6363.
You can check the best checking accounts available for you to make sure that whatever decision you go for really fits your goals.
