To get a Barclays replacement card, log in to your online account, use the Barclays US Credit Cards app, or call customer service at 1 (888) 232-0780. There is no fee to get a Barclays replacement card, which should arrive within 7-10 business days.
How to Get a Barclays Replacement Card Online
- Log in to your Barclays card’s online account.
- Click the "Account" tab.
- Select the "Services" menu.
- Click the link to Request Replacement Card.

You can request a Barclays replacement card if your current card is stolen, lost or damaged. You don’t have to request a Barclays replacement card if your current card is about to expire, though. Barclays will automatically send a new card before the current card expires. Contact customer service if you have not received a replacement card by the expiration date.
