Yes, you can get paper statements for your Citibank credit card. Citi will send cardholders paper statements via mail every month, within 7-10 business days after the end of each billing cycle.
If you have opted for paperless billing, you will no longer receive monthly statements in the mail automatically. Instead, you'll receive them electronically, via email. Nevertheless, you can still obtain a paper copy of your statements by requesting them through your online account. Alternatively, you have the option to download the statements from your email inbox onto your computer and print them at your convenience.
