The Citi Double Cash Card does not charge a fee for receiving paper statements. While some credit card companies may impose a small monthly fee for mailed statements, Citi does not list one in its terms for this card.
Even though there is no fee for mailed statements, going paperless can still have benefits, like reducing paper clutter, receiving statements faster, and making a positive impact on the environment.
You can opt for paperless statements through your online account or by calling (800) 950-5114. Once enrolled, you will no longer receive statements at your address, and will instead receive an email notification when your online statement is available. If needed, you can still request paper copies of your statements.
