No, the Citi Double Cash Card does not offer return protection. Citibank discontinued the return protection benefit for the Citi Double Cash Card and most of its other credit cards a while back.
Generally, return protection is a benefit that offers reimbursement for working, undamaged items purchased with a credit card that cannot be returned to the merchant within a certain number of days of purchase. This benefit is becoming rarer as time goes on, however, as many issuers have dropped it to cut costs.
Alternative Credit Card Options
If return protection is important to you, there are still a few good cards that offer it. This includes the Chase Sapphire Reserve® Card.
