No, the Costco Credit Card does not offer any rental car discounts. However, the card doubles as your Costco membership, so you may be able to get rental car discounts through Costco Travel. Because the card’s on the Visa network, it might also be possible to get rental car discounts through agencies that have a partnership with Visa, like Avis.
Even though the Costco Credit Card does not offer rental discounts directly, it should still be noted that you can earn 3% on eligible travel purchases, including car rentals. This can also, eventually, help you recover a few percentage points from the total cost of the rental.
