Can I pay my bill with Costco Citi Visa using the app?
The short answer is no.
The app won’t let you pay your bill unless you open an account with Citibank. This is a really great card but I was really turned off by the fact that you cannot pay your bill on the app unless you open an account. Not a credit card account but a bank account. Pay your bill by phone. Have your cc# bank account and routing number available. The phone payment system will ask for them.
