You can access your Costco Credit Card statement anytime through your online account or via the Citi mobile app. Monthly statements are also mailed to the address on file, unless you're enrolled in paperless billing.
If you opt for paperless billing, you will no longer receive mail statements. Instead, you'll get an email notification when your statement is ready to view online.
If you haven't signed up for paperless billing and are not receiving mail statements, contact customer service at (855) 378-6467. A representative can help resolve the issue, to ensure you receive your statements on time.
