No, adding an authorized user to your Delta Gold Card account doesn't raise your annual fee. As a matter of fact, it doesn't cost you anything to add a user and you can make pretty much anyone an authorized user, as long as they are at least 13 years old.
To add an authorized user to your Delta Gold Card, just log in to your online account, or give customer service a call at (800) 528-4800.
