- Chase mobile app: Download the app for either iOS or Android and log in to your account. From the app, you can check reward point balances and redeem your rewards.
- By phone: Call (800) 432-3117 and enter your credit card number. Then, follow the automated prompts to get connected to a customer service representative. This line is available 24/7.
