To redeem your Lexus Credit Card points, log in to your online account or call customer service at (844) 271-2617. You can also redeem points in person at a Toyota or Lexus dealership. Points are worth an average of 1 cent each when redeemed for statement credit, which is the best redemption option.
How to Redeem Lexus Credit Card Points Online
- Log in to your online account.
- Browse the catalog in the "Account Center" tab.
- Choose the redemption option you want and then follow the instructions to redeem your points.
You can redeem points for gift cards, statement credit and travel experiences, among other things. You can also use your points to pay for the car service or other eligible purchases at a Lexus or Toyota dealership. The points you earn expire 5 years from the moment they are posted to your account. So make sure to redeem before that.
