Using a Navy Federal Credit Union cashRewards Credit Card at an ATM is similar to using any other debit or credit card. Here are the general steps to follow:
- Locate an ATM.
- Insert your card.
- Enter Your PIN when prompted.
- Select transaction type (checking balance, withdrawal, etc). When withdrawing cash, if asked to select between "credit" or "debit," select "credit."
- Complete the transaction by following the on-screen instructions.
- Remove your card and collect your money (if you made a withdrawal).
If you don’t have a PIN, then contact customer service at (888) 842-6328 to request one.
Keep in mind that if you use your Navy Federal Credit Union cashRewards Credit Card at an ATM to withdraw money, a $0.50 fee and a 18.00% APR will apply as soon as you make the withdrawal. Moreover, if you use your card at a non-Navy Federal Credit Union ATM, you may be subject to fees from the ATM operator.
