The credit score needed for the Sam's Club® Credit Card is at least 700. That’s in the “good” credit range but barely meeting a card’s minimum requirements is far from the ticket to high approval odds.

Was approved for Sam’s Credit with 635 score - $1500 CL - do I would say it depends on how thick your credit file is as my utilization is not the best at roughly 52%.
