You can reach the LOOP Car Insurance customer service by calling (844) 544-5667 Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Just note that LOOP agents can only help you file new claims over the phone. For anything else, you’ll have to use the LOOP website or send them an email.

- Online: You can file a claim, make a payment, verify coverage, or submit other service requests through LOOP’s website.

If you submit a customer service request online or by email, you can usually expect a response within 2 business days.
