WalletHub, Financial Company
@WalletHub
If you're getting an "email in use" message while making a new WalletHub account, it simply means the email address you entered is already linked to an account. If you don't recall ever making one, then it’s possible someone else attempted to create one by mistake.
While it can seem strange to encounter this message, even if you've never used WalletHub before, it is not necessarily a cause for concern. Since the person that tried to register with your email address would not be able to complete the verification process, the account itself can be easily recovered and completed.
In order to gain access to the account linked to your email address, simply go through the password reset process. If you're not able to complete the process, or have any other questions, please send us an email at [email protected].
