2. An email will be sent to you prompting you to set a new password.
3. After logging in with your new password, please go to the "Settings" page and locate the ID shown at the bottom right of the page.
4. Please submit a written request to [email protected] from the email address associated with your WalletHub account, including the account ID.
For security purposes, the account ID is needed to process your request. After providing it, this false account will be removed from our system.
