How do I change the PIN number on my new Regions Visa Checkcard when I don't know the number on my old expired card I never used?

You can ask for a PIN reminder for your card by logging into your online banking profile here: https://www.regions.com/personal-banking/. Select the "Request CheckCard PIN Reminder" from the Customer Service tab. Enter your full 16-digit card number and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) and select Submit. Please allow 5-7 business days for the PIN reminder to arrive in the mail. You can also call customer service at 800-295-8472 to ask for instructions on how to change your PIN number.
