Chase Checking Accounts Reviews
What's Your Rating?
This kind of response was not only disrespectful, but it also showed a complete lack of empathy, basic service professionalism, and transparency. I am a civil engineer, a college graduate, and someone who works every day to earn my income honestly. My account activity does not reflect fraud, disputes, irregular deposits, chargebacks, or policy violations. The issue was never the legitimacy of my funds—it was the total absence of notice and the humiliating treatment during my attempt to solve the matter.
Regardless of internal risk policies, customers deserve fair communication, dignity, and clear reasoning when their personal funds are affected. My money is legitimate, earned through my own effort, and I should never be treated as if I owe explanations for normal, valid transactions without receiving explanations in return. I am sharing this publicly so others know my experience and to encourage improved communication, fairness, and respect for customers moving forward.
