FCB is TERRIBLE for locking your card if you make a "different" purchase- especially online purchases. Can't unlock until speaking with someone during business hours. I would understand if it were a credit card company, but this is my money that I wanted to spend on an EBay item -that could be gone tomorrow.

FCB in eclectic was the best. Was. Today I was denied withdrawal from my personal account. I had to add my wife to make a withdrawal. WTH! It was income tax money that her and I filed together on but had sent to my account. I've never been more embarrassed by the way they treated me. I've been with them for several years but this is my last for sure. I don't recommend them for anything

They are holding my funds for 14 days and they said that the banker responsible for this is on vacation and that nobody else in the bank can help me!!! I said "what if this banker is dead, who is the next person that can help" their answer was "but he is not dead, so we need to wait for him" :O I am in shock - worst worst worst customer service ever AND holding my money ILLEGALLY.
