I never write reviews. I simply have better things to do and typically give companies grace, thinking that maybe someone had a bad day. However, I have had nothing but a horrible experience over the past four years with this credit union. Their customer service is unacceptable. I am consistently met with obstacles and not solutions. I have had issue after issue and not once over this relationship have I felt any support or care. Just responses such as "We have higher standards than a bank," or, "I'm sorry, you cannot use your debit card. We will mail a new one. - (Me) Oh, that's great! I'm in Arizona for the winter; let me give you my address. (Them) No, ma'am. We cannot send you a new card then. You will need to change your address on file, then call back in 30 days. Then we can send out your new card, which will take 14 to 21 days to arrive." I can't even close my accounts because I have to physically go in to do so.
Do not do business with this credit union.

Horrible credit union, don't put your business here! I have been a good customer for over 15 years and my daughter has also had a checking account for several years with them. Suddenly, Landmark flagged a transaction as fraud; my daughter received a text and immediately responded that it was authorized, and they still rejected it. This was for a Walmart grocery delivery service for college students. Sign up by 9/15 and you get a free 30-day trial with a $49 membership fee for the remainder of the year. Because they immediately rejected the charge, my daughter missed out on the $49 special which is now $80. I called Landmark to explain and ask why they rejected it when she immediately responded. I inquired if they could credit us the difference of $31 since the membership was now $80, but they refused! I can't believe a $31 credit for something that was their fault is worth jeopardizing their entire banking relationship with us. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of it all, and they obviously don't care.

Been banking here for 25 years. Deposited a check on Saturday which ended up in someone else's account. Wrote my account number on the check and gave them my ID. Went to clear it up this morning after it hadn't posted to my account. The teller was immediately rude. The manager was condescending and tried blaming me for their mistake. Nothing was resolved either... Bank elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. The phone bank service is terrible. After asking five personal verification questions, which I answered correctly, she wanted to ask more. I said that is enough. She then stated I would not be able to talk to her anymore and just hung up the phone. No help, no discussion. Just hung up the phone. I saw the other day in the Franklin branch a teller being aggressive toward an elderly customer. He threw the customer's money on the table and said, "Old man, pick it up if you want it." It was spine-chilling. It's futile to talk or send emails to managers because no one responds. They are impervious, completely negligent in customer care. I'm not sure why the government doesn't take action against this organization. I always witness customers being treated rudely and poorly, with both young and old customers fleeing from the Franklin branch. The phone system is abysmal. They just hang up the phone. It feels like they have a license to mistreat us, their poor customers. They treat people terribly. Beware of LCU; stay away regardless of your age or gender. The end of this organization seems imminent.

Unhappy with recent service. I've had an account for years. There was a recent charge on my account for checks, and checks came in the mail, but we never ordered checks. We don't need checks as we hardly write any. So I called their customer service. They told me that the Racine branch had put the order in (I don't even live near Racine and never go there). Instead of resolving it, they told me someone from the branch would call me within 24 hours. It's now been three days, and I sent more messages to Landmark, yet I still have not received any response back. I want the charge reversed! I have a common name, so my guess is that they were supposed to order for another customer with the same name but pulled up the wrong account. Mistakes happen, but what infuriates me is that they haven't resolved it after I brought it to their attention. I'm ready to close out all my accounts and be done with them.

Absolute worst banking experience and customer service in banking. New app is 100% trash. Crashes all the time . Can NEVER get a hold of anyone on the phone regarding anything at all, and if you’re lucky , you just get transferred. They don’t even offer call back feature anymore because they know it’ll take days if not weeks. Banking with them for 13 years, we are switching. On hold waiting for someone to pick up as I write this , been holding 26 minutes so far. I used to complaint about overseas phone centers, but I regret that , because it’s a thousand times better than holding for 2 hours only to get transferred. Can’t even imagine how it is working for this company. CEO needs out

Very beligerent managers, loud tellers read personal info loudly so whole lobby can hear...super unprofessional. Staff turnover weekly. Last manager...since July. The pinhead actually yelled at me for asking to many questions. Will move accounts out asap. Stay awY. Not trustworthy or savvy w people enough to call a bank.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have at times had issues with my accounts that I created. I fully accepted those fees as it was my responsibility. I have a no courtesy checking account now. For the 3rd time in 6 months, they overdrafted my account for an auto pay. That would be fine but 2 other times they didn't. The difference, I had a pending direct deposit from my disability/va payment when the auto pay went through. This time though, they listed it 6 days before it could be used. So, my account went negative, fees, and I now don't have any cash and haven't since Sunday (of course they pulled on a Sunday). I have to wait until tomorrow to close my account because otherwise I won't have access to my benefits. 20 plus years with them and over the last 2 or 3 their customer service has become horrible, and they seemed to stop caring that they actually work for us. Run away as fast as you can.
