Chase Ink Preferred Benefits:

When you make eligible purchases with your card that come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to three years, this benefit extends that warranty by one additional year.
This benefit covers eligible purchases for 120 days against damage or theft, up to $10,000 per claim and $50,000 per account.
When you rent a car using your card, you receive coverage against collision damage and theft up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles. In order to receive this benefit, you’ll have to decline any insurance that the rental car agency offers.
Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance

If an unforeseen situation like sickness or severe weather causes your trip to be canceled or stopped early, you can get reimbursed up to $5,000 per trip and $10,000 per 12-month period. This coverage applies to prepaid, nonrefundable trip expenses paid for with your card.

Baggage Delay Insurance If your baggage arrives at least six hours late, you can get reimbursed up to $100 per day, for a maximum of five days. This benefit reimburses you for essential purchases you are forced to make without your luggage, like clothing and toiletries.

Lost Luggage Reimbursement If your luggage is lost, damaged or stolen during transit, you can get reimbursed up to $3,000 per person per trip, to cover the cost of the luggage itself and your belongings. However, you can only be reimbursed up to $500 for jewelry, watches, cameras, video recorders, and other electronic equipment.
When you pay the monthly cell phone bill for yourself or your employees, you receive coverage against damage and theft. The coverage amount is up to $1,000 per claim, with a maximum of 3 claims per 12-month period. Each claim has a $100 deductible.
