INTRUST Bank Credit Card Reviews
What's Your Rating?
Ultimately though, after further review, this Citicard doesn’t distinguish itself much from the rest of the cash back credit card market (in fact, it seems practically identical to the Chase Freedom Visa) so I don’t think I’ll be opening it. Besides, by the time I get my $200 initial rewards bonus, I’ll be getting amped up for pitchers and catchers reporting and won’t need a pick me up quite so much.

How can I redeem my Intrust Bank Visa Platinum rewards?
You may redeem your Intrust Bank Visa Platinum online or by phone.
Redeeming them online is similar to purchasing items from an online retailer. Select the item you want, place it in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page, where you will pay for your purchase with points instead of cash.
If you prefer to redeem your points by phone, contact a representative by calling 800-960-8472.
How long does it take to get the Intrust Bank Visa Platinum card?
It should take 7-10 business days to get the Intrust Bank Visa® Platinum Card after you get approved.
If your card doesn't arrive after 10 business days, then call the card's customer service at (800) 558-3424. They'll be able to send you a replacement card if the original got lost on the way.
How does the University of Kansas Credit Card rental car insurance work?
The University of Kansas Credit Card's rental car insurance only works if you deny the coverage offered by the rental company. And you must also use your card to pay for your rental to be covered for:
- Physical damage or theft of the rental vehicle
- Valid loss-of-use charges
- Customary towing charges
There are some vehicles that are not covered, and other limitations apply as well. You can find out more and file a claim by either visiting the benefit administrator's website or by calling the number on the back of your card.
What is the cost of each card besides amount loaded on the card? Any fees to the user?
